STEP 1: INTRO
IRONLOVE is the perfect workout series for all who wanna push their limits. Get out of your comfort zone! No matter if you are a beginner or if you are advanced. If your motto is “fullpower – everyday – all-day” IRONLOVE is your new workout program. Like always this training plan is for free, made by Jeff Seid and Felix Valentino, the dream team known from “Shredded Club”. #IRONLOVE – THE LOVE WE ALL SHARE!
IRONLOVE builds on PUSH/PULL/LEGS. This got the advantage that your workout contains only three different workouts. So if you are going to the gym 6 times a week you can train each muscle group twice.
The world’s best training plan is worth nothing without the right nutrition. Food is for your body like gasonline for your car. Often you will hear the words “functional food”. That means your food should give energy for the workout and it also is important for the regeneration. What that exactly means is written in the category “nutrition”.
When talking about fine-tuning for your body we also have to speak about cardio training. Jeff and Felix are both fans of the HIIT (high intensity interval training) – it’s fast and effective. If you want to get to know more about HIIT check out the video by Felix
Overall there are three pillars that are important for your success in sports:
STEP 2: BASICS
The Ironlove Workout:
On the Push-Day (as the name suggests) all exercises with pushing movements will be done. That means: chest, shoulders and triceps.
Here we train all exercises with pulling movements. That means: back (latissimus, trapeze, rear shoulders) and biceps.
The LEGendary day of the week: This is where the wheat is separated from the chaff! This day decides if you can become a champion or not! Can you suffer the pain of a hard leg-workout again and again?! Give 110 % every workout!
